QPS America Inc. is a Division of QPS Evaluation Services, Inc., which is a Nationally and Internationally Accredited Independent Third-Party Testing, Certification and Field Evaluation Inspection Body. Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with our main state-of-the-art testing laboratory, QPS Evaluation Services Inc. is now part of the APPLUS+ Group.
In the USA we are accredited by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) as a NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory), A2LA (American Association for Laboratory Accreditation) as a Testing Laboratory, and IAS (International Accreditation Services) as both a Certification and Field Evaluation Inspection Body.
QPS America’s Head office is in Independence, Ohio with engineering Service Centers located in California, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Rhode Island and Texas. Outside of the USA, QPS has offices and Service Centers in Canada, Europe and Asia.
QPS was founded in 1995, and today is the fastest growing privately held firm in the third-party Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector.
Our growth led to establishing a presence in America, so that we could better serve our US customers locally. Our US office was originally opened in Cleveland, Ohio, with two technical staff and one Customer Service representative. We later re-located to Independence, Ohio, and currently we have a total of 8 Field Evaluation technical & Engineering experts, and one Customer Service representative.
We offer Testing and Certification Services to US and Canadian Standards and Codes, as well as a variety of specialized services to European and International safety standards, such as CE Marking, ATEX, IECEE CB Scheme Certificates, IECEx Scheme Certificates, etc.
We provide Field Evaluation Services for products destined for the USA and Canadian markets for customers located anywhere in the world.
